Returns

We want you to truly love your AMA VIDA products. Everything we make is custom and once your order has been made, floral arrangements cannot be returned or cancelled. However, if for whatever reason, you are not fully satisfied with your artisanal piece, please feel free to return it or exchange it. We will accept returns for items in new condition with all tags attached and within the original packaging provided within 14 days of purchase. We reserve the right to reject a return if we believe the item has been used. Note that we do not accept returns on international orders or sale items. We are so grateful for your support of our brand and mission and want to do our best to take care of our customers. We ask that you respect us in return.
